KLM Head of Training visits APS in Arizona USA
APS was honored by a visit from the KLM Head of Training, Captain Herman Hello, all the way from the Netherlands in May 2011. Herman took a day to participate in an evaluation of APS upset prevention and recovery training services as well as getting up for a flight. In addition to his KLM Head of Training duties, Herman is currently a 747 Captain at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

I just wanted to thank you for an outstanding Emergency Maneuver Training Course last month. Having never been "inverted" in my aviation career, the first session was rather shocking to say the least, however, the learning process kicked in quickly after that.
