This video has been updated with an example a traffic pattern stall recovery in conjunction with the application of the Say & Do Technique. As per the copy above, the emphasis in this training module is primarily focused on 'Recognition & Avoidance'. The included video is a demonstration of the severe consequences of allowing the stall to occur. The pilot in training does a nice job of recovering from the scenario, however, it is then emphasized after the video stops that without proper recognition and avoidance training, there may not be sufficient altitude to miss the ground if the skidded stall occurs even with an ideal recovery applied. Most pilots in this situation (a full 90% of pilots without proper training) will pull into the ground through a panicked 'pull' on the elevator in the overbank.

Hi Chuck,

Nice pick-up, thank you. We'll replace that video ... never know when YouTube is going to decide to not show a video.
